The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry on behalf of the State Workers' Insurance Fund (SWIF) is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) to procure contractors to provide Security and Surveillance Services. Small business suppliers are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity. Qualified suppliers interested in the DGS Small Businesses Program should use this link to verify as a DGS Small Business - https://www.dgs.pa.gov/bdisbo/Pages/Verification.aspx Suppliers who become DGS Certified Small Businesses shall upload their Small Business Certificate with their bid. The Commonwealth will award contracts to all responsible and responsive suppliers. Bidders only need to provide a price only on the territories where it will provide services.
