Description: THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Proposals shall only be requested and accepted from contractors who are a Small Business AND certified in System for Award Management (SAM, https://sam.gov).
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), United States Forest Service (USFS), has a requirement for but not limited to the following:

127EAW24R0019 - Crystal Lake and Coldbrook CG Roads:

The Crystal Lake and Coldbrook Campground Renovations project will address deteriorating roadways, spurs, and parking areas to manage access to the abundant campground system and trails in the Crystal Lake Recreation Area (CLRA) and at Coldbrook Campground. Road will be repaired and resurfaced with crack sealing, slurry seals, pavement markings and hot mix asphalt patching and repairs. Additionally, existing restrooms at Deer Flat Group Campground (within CLRA) will be demolished and hauled away.

Project Location: State of California, multiple locations within Angeles National Forest

Solicitation Number 127EAW24R0019 for this effort will be posted to SAM.gov (https://sam.gov) on or about April 26th, 2024. This solicitation will contain all necessary specifications, drawings and other information necessary submit a proposal for this project.

There is currently no official group site visit scheduled. The solicitation will include site visit information if one is deemed necessary.

Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects: The estimated cost of the total project is expected to be between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00.
