The City of Toledo is seeking proposals for professional engineering services related to the preparation of a detailed design to be used for the removal and replacement of 8 large valves. The valves are spread through the City of Toledo. Services shall include the preparation of an Ohio EPA approvable detailed design including estimates of probable construction and project costs, construction sequence and schedule, geotechnical investigations, permitting, detailed plans and specifications and engineering support for bidding, construction, and post construction phases of the project.
