The proposed work consists of (including all other necessary and appurtenant work) the following: removing and disposing of asbestos-cement and ductile iron pipe water mains; installing 4-inch, 6-inch, 8-inch, 10-inch, and 12-inch diameter ductile iron pipe water main; removing valves and installing gate valves; removing and replacing service lines; removing and replacing hydrants; permitting; construction survey and staking; project temporary traffic control; temporary water service and construction sequencing; temporary water pollution and erosion prevention; utility potholing; removing and replacing road pavement; adjustment of utility cover(s); channelization; restoring the site including property restorations; and other related work. The estimated cost range for this project is $3,500,000.00 to $4,400,000.00.
