The Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC) is soliciting electronic Bids for a new SERO Storage Building to be used for general work/research and the storage of maintenance implements and tools. This solicitation is for the Electrical portion. The scope of the project includes the construction of a 40’ x 80’ pole building complete with 12’ wide covered canopy structure with all framing, installation of metal siding and roof panels, concrete floor, insulation, interior wall finishes with FRP and metal, installation of garage & man doors, installation of windows, installation of HVAC, electrical, including a generator and plumbing building systems and other building appurtenances. CONTRACT NO. 4 - ELECTRICAL There will be an optional on-site pre-bid meeting held at 10:00am EST on May 14, 2024. The bidders are invited to convene at the PGC SouthEast Region Headquarters main entry area and site tour will commence immediately after a sign-in sheet is circulated.
