The City of Greenville is requesting bids from qualified contractors for the Cleveland Park Recreational Facilities Improvements Project. The recreation facilities are located within the boundaries of Cleveland Park, located along Lakehurst Street – see Project Location Map for details. Project includes, but not limited to, demolition & disposal of existing tennis and basketball courts; demolition & disposal of asphalt trail; construction of tennis, pickle ball, and basketball courts; resurfacing and striping the parking lot; erosion and sediment control; concrete sidewalks; asphalt trail connections, curb and gutter; landscaping; irrigation; court lighting and electrical.
