The awarded contractor agrees to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform a one-time landscape cleanup service (if needed and authorized by the DMV) and bi-weekly landscape maintenance services at the Capitola DMV Field Office for the term of this Agreement. ¿ The anticipated term for this contract is 11/01/2025 - 10/31/2028. ¿ Mandatory pre-bid conference 7/1/2025 at 10:00 a.m. ¿ Questions are due 7/8/2025 at 5:00 p.m. ¿ Answers will be posted 7/9/2025 by 5:00 p.m. ¿ Bids are due 7/15/2025 and must be emailed.
