ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed Bids will be received by the Parish of Caddo, Government Plaza, 505 Travis Street, 8th Floor, Purchasing Division, Suite 805, Shreveport, Louisiana 71101 until 3:00 P.M. on JULY 17, 2025. BIDS SHALL BE ACCEPTED ONLY FROM CONTRACTORS THAT ATTEND THE MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE TO BE HELD ON JULY 3, 2025, AT 10:00 A.M. AT FRANCIS P. BICKHAM BUILDING, SECOND FLOOR CONFERENCE ROOM, LOCATED AT 525 MARSHALL STREET, SHREVEPORT, LA 71101. PROJECT NAME: GREENBROOK PARK RESTROOM BUILDING PROJECT NUMBER: 25-22 ARCHITECT’S PROJECT NUMBER: 25-BC0008 PROJECT CLASSIFICATION: General Contractor. THE GENERAL SCOPE OF THE PROJECT IS AS FOLLOWS: The project consists of the construction of a new Restroom Building in the existing Park as shown on the Drawings and Specifications, prepared by Tim Brandon Architecture, dated May 2025. All Bids must be accompanied by Bid security equal to five percent (5%) of the sum of the base Bid and all alternates and must be in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or Bid Bond written in conformance with state law. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance, Maintenance and Payment Bond on a form provided by the Parish and written in accordance with state law. Bids shall be accepted from Contractors who are appropriately licensed under La. R.S. 37:2150-2164. Contractors have the option of submitting bids electronically at www.bidexpress.com No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after receipt of Bids, except under the provisions of La. R.S. 38:2214. The Parish of Caddo reserves the right to reject any and all Bids for just cause and to waive any informalities and technicalities.
