INVITATION TO BID The Parish of Caddo hereby invites sealed Bids for IFB 25-24, Walter B Jacob Memorial Nature Park Foodservice Equipment Complete bid documents may be obtained, without charge, from the Procurement Division, Parish of Caddo, Government Plaza, 505 Travis Street, Suite 850, Shreveport, Louisiana 71101. All written Bids unless otherwise provided for must be submitted on, and in accordance with forms provided and properly signed. Bids submitted in any other form may be rejected. Bidders may elect to submit bids electronically via the internet. Electronic bids for the Parish of Caddo are available for submission at www.bidexpress.com. Electronic bidder online will be charged a fee by Bidexpress. In addition, bidders shall be required to obtain a digital signature certificate prior to submitting bids online. To assure consideration of your bid, all bids and addenda should be returned in an envelope or package clearly marked with the bid opening date and the bid number as follow: IFB 25-24, Walter B Jacob Memorial Nature Park Foodservice Equipment Bids will be received no later than 3:00p.m., Thursday, July 10, 2025, at the Procurement Division, Parish of Caddo, Government Plaza, 505 Travis Street, Suite 850, Shreveport, Louisiana 71101. After this date and time, there will not be any bids received. Bidders may attend the bid opening, all bids, will be publicly opened and read aloud by a designated representative at the above stated date and time. The Parish of Caddo reserves the right to reject, in whole or in part, any and all bids and to waive any and all technicalities and informalities in accordance with the state law.
