RFS documents and specifications will be available beginning June 18, 2025 in person at the Office of Procurement or through the City’s website: www.springfieldcityhall.com during normal business hours. The City of Springfield, MA, in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 7c, Section 44, is seeking the services of qualified firms to perform complete design and construction administration services for the design of the German Gerena Elementary School. Scope of services includes a Feasibility Study, through Schematic Design. Designer's contract may be amended to include Design Development, Construction Contract Documents, Bidding, Construction Administration, Closeout, and Warranty services. The anticipated construction cost is $68,000,000 - $120,000,000 depending on the solution that is approved by the Owner. The Designer’s fee will be negotiated. There will be a briefing session on July 2, 2025 at 10:00 AM at 200 Birnie Ave. Springfield, MA 01107.
