The City of El Segundo is accepting sealed bids for this project on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, until 11:00 a.m. in the City Clerkâs office, 350 Main Street, El Segundo, California 90245, at which time they will be publicly opened in the Council Chambers Lobby. Bids will not be accepted after that time. One addendum has been issued, changing the bid due date. MANDATORY pre-bid meeting: A mandatory pre-bid meeting occurred Monday, June 2. Notice Inviting Bids Request Plans and Specifications/Submit Questions Please reference project number PW 25-09 on the form. Project Location Map Construction activities will include: Utility easement work Excavation and backfill of access pits Shoring and trench plating Installation and removal of water main line stops Dewatering Pre- and post-construction pipe inspection using closed-circuit television (CCTV) Installation of 27-inch-diameter cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) liner Construction of pipe closures Re-energizing the water main Restoring access pit areas to pre-existing condition
