Description Intent to Sole Source 36C24225Q0801. This is an Intent to Sole Source, this is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to provide information based on this requirement. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 2, Regional Procurement Office - East, on behalf of the Department of Veterans Affairs, Northport VA Medical Center, 79 Middleville Rd, Northport, NY 11768, intends to award a firm-fixed-price FSS-ORDER to Arjo, Inc., 2349 W Lake St., Addison, IL 60101 for Patient Overhead Lifts, FSS Contract V797D-50430, in accordance with FAR Subpart 8.405-6.
