The project’s general scope of work is to furnish all tools, equipment, material, permits, labor, supervision, and all other necessary resources to accomplish the following work:

Contractor Work shall include but not be limited to the following: Install exterior construction barrier & gate, construct temporary Phase 1 construction wall, demolition of existing interior architectural elements in Atrium, construct new exterior canopy structure, sidewalk, and repair of pavement, construct new interior walls, finishes, and architectural elements, and removal and replacement of all flooring finishes including wall base. The Period of Performance for this project is 120 Calendar days from Notice to Proceed.

Work is scheduled to be performed during the normal daytime business hours of the medical center excluding federal holidays.
