This demo contractor will include the slab and foundation removals of the structures noted on C-2.2. Demo +/- 208,000 SF of hard surfaces and curbs, Demo OFF-Site: +/- 5,000-SF of city sidewalks, street entrances and street curbs. Include sawcuts and traffic control as required. Division 3 Concrete: Building foundations, resident’s slab on grade, *garage slab on grade, site concrete including sidewalks, ADA ramps, curbs, dumpster enclosure and their approach apron, and misc. including reinforcing, saw cuts, and expansion joints.
