The City of Menifee is soliciting proposals from consultants with direct Accela (“ACA”) experience and scripting skills, with a primary focus on the maintenance, administration, and support/integration of the City’s Accela environment. Consultants should also demonstrate familiarity with related enterprise applications—such as BlueBeam, Munis ERP, ESRI ArcGIS, Microsoft platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Azure), and Velosimo, and the ability to integrate these systems as needed. In addition to routine support, the awarded vendor must provide as-needed/on-call Accela services for special projects, including new workflow design and scripting, fee schedule updates, ACA module assistance (e.g., password resets, configuration changes), and custom integrations or data migrations. This solicitation does not cover general IT services; proposals lacking substantive Accela credentials will be deemed non-responsive. The initial contract term is one (1) year, with up to four (4) one-year renewals (maximum total term of five (5) years).
