This Invitation to Bid (ITB) from the Port of Bellingham (Port) is for the manufacture, delivery, training, and warranty for an Airport Rescue Firefighting (ARFF) Vehicle for use at the Bellingham International Airport (BLI). Bids can be accepted via by mail or digitally (email, flash drive, CD). Bids that are mailed must be sealed and will be accepted until 13:00 PM, PST time, on May 8, 2024. The official time shall be taken from the designated clock at the Administrative Offices. Bids received after the specified time and date will not be considered. Bids will then and there be publicly opened and read aloud. Mailed Bids must be sent or delivered to: ATTN: Brian Wilson Contracts Administrator 1801 Roeder Ave. Bellingham WA, 98225 [email protected] One (1) digital copy can be emailed to the Port’s Contract Administrator (Brian Wilson) or mailed to the Port of Bellingham. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and be marked: Bellingham International Airport: Airport Rescue Firefighting (ARFF) Vehicle Any decisions by the Port including canceling the ITB shall be final, with no recourse for a claim of recovery of time, material, and costs that proposers may have accrued in the preparation of bids or in conducting due diligence. The Port reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Information provided in bids is subject to public disclosure laws and should be considered to be public information. It is incumbent upon the respondents to independently confirm the accuracy of all information contained within this ITB.
