This Invitation to Bid (ITB) from the Port of Bellingham (Port) is for the manufacture, delivery, training, and warranty for an Airport Rescue Firefighting (ARFF) Vehicle for use at the Bellingham International Airport (BLI). Bids can be accepted via by mail or digitally (email, flash drive, CD). Bids that are mailed must be sealed and will be accepted until 13:00 PM, PST time, on May 8, 2024. The official time shall be taken from the designated clock at the Administrative Offices. Bids received after the specified time and date will not be considered. Bids will then and there be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and be marked: Bellingham International Airport: Airport Rescue Firefighting (ARFF) Vehicle Any decisions by the Port including canceling the ITB shall be final, with no recourse for a claim of recovery of time, material, and costs that proposers may have accrued in the preparation of bids or in conducting due diligence.
