Amendment - 1

The subject amendment is required to post answers to solicitation questions and to advertise the date and time for the second site visit scheduled July 7, 2025 at 10:00 AM (EST). All other terms and conditions remain the same.

This non-personal services contract outlines the obligation to adhere to all state, federal, and environmental safety regulations while providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, specialized tools, materials, supervision, and  other items for the Domestic Water System Upgrade.  This service shall entail the removal of all aging and obsolete valves, ball valves, and associated piping, as well as all regulators, check valves, and relief valves associated with the upgrade. Provide and install all new valves (with ball valves) with piping to be copper, all regulators, check valves, and relief valves that all should be sized appropriately. These repairs and replacements are urgently required to prevent potential water shutdowns that could directly impact the cooling and heating of the building and server rooms situated inside the ALTESS data center located within the Radford Army Ammunition Plant, Radford, VA 24141.

The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein.  These contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor, who, in turn, is responsible to the Government.
