Technical evaluation criteria are as follows:

1. EIS 10 uHz to 7 MHz
2. minimum 6V, 10A; with 0.025% of +- 1 mV (reading and setting)
3. Modern equivalents to Solartrons; similar to systems in use at INL
4. unit 1 needs to be small/portable (1 channel) and unit 2 needs to be expandable (chassis with initial 1 channel/booster and available slots for future cards/boosters)
5. Software (programs and analysis) capabilities: Open Circuit, Potentiostatic EIS, Linear Scan Voltammetry, and Potentiostatic operation
6. Includes software
7. 40 day lead time or less

The resulting purchase order will be issued on a fixed price basis. SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory Terms and Conditions for Fixed Price Commercial Supplies and Services (Rev. August 2023) will be made a part of the resulting order.
