The City of Burlingame wishes to establish a contractual relationship to provide annual testing services for twenty-eight (28) backflow devices at various locations throughout the City. This contract will be awarded based on the three-year total cost of testing all devices annually. The City reserves the right to award multiple contracts in order to meet its operational needs. Scope of Work: • Test 28 backflow devices at different City locations. • Should the device fail, contractor shall attempt to repair immediately on a time & materials basis. • Immediate retesting shall be at no additional charge to the City. • If replacement parts need to be ordered before retesting, the listed test rate shall be charged.
