The Department of Health (DOH), Hawaii State Hospital (HSH), is interested in contracting the purchase of Anti-Ligature Soap Dispenser, model KG07, only for use in the patient care areas on the grounds of the Hawaii State Hospital. A walk through will not be conducted. All shipping is to be included with the bid placed. The act of submitting a bid is to be considered as full acknowledgement that the bidder is familiar with the conditions and requirements.
