The intent of this solicitation is to establish a contract for the purchase of various types of Application Software that may be purchased by District departments and campuses through the course of a year as a need may arise. Due to the nature of any various requirements this solicitation is a request for a discount off of catalog or price list for these products. Purchases can be made by at any time during the contract term.
