The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Jackson, SC has a requirement to procure a personal service contract to provide laundry and linen services to launder and press fabrics, tetiles, garments and linens and specified Organizational Clothing and Individual Equipment (OCIE) for Active and Reserve Components. (See attached solicitation notice), for the duration of the period of performance in accordance with the performance work statement (PWS) included within the solicitation notice. The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 812320, Dry cleaning andLaundry Services (except coin operated) with a size standard of $ 8M. This procurement will be competitively procured Small Business Set-Aside.
It is anticipated that this requirement will be awarded as a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. The anticipated period of performance will be 11 September 2025 through 10 September 2030, resulting in a one-year base contract and four (4) year option ordering periods. There will be a Phase in period which begins 11 August through 10 September 2025
Objectives: The objective of this requirement is to schedule and manage operations to maximize responsiveness, efficiency , economy and great service to the Fort Jackson SC community. Services shall be performed in compliance with the standards as contained or referenced in this contract.
