The Work comprises furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor and incidentals as required by the Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents for the above stated project. The general items of work to be performed hereunder include but are not limited to: installation of new, removal, repair and/or replacement of all items including curbs, gutters, fence, safety railing, paving, sidewalks, erosion control, storm drain infrastructure, signing/ striping and all appurtenant work all appurtenant work on Baseline Road between Tamarind Ave and Cactus Ave.
