The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Wyoming Game and Fish Department, (Procuring Agency) will receive bids until 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on July 31, 2025, through the Public Purchase online bidding system for the North Platte River-Big Muddy Bank Stabilization, located at 42.85744, -106.01599. Project Description: This project will consist of stabilizing 665-ft of North Platte River bank using a bankfull bench, toewood, boulder floodplain sill, and rock vane approach. This includes acquiring and staging rock material or additional tree material (~80% of trees and staged on-site), building out the bankfull bench using onsite borrow and tree material, grading and shaping the bankfull bench, rock vane, and boulder floodplain sill. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be conducted at 9:00 a.m. MT on Thursday, July 10, 2025 starting in the parking lot of the Big Muddy Public Access Area off of US 20, the Glenrock Highway, 42.85364, -106.02183. Bid documents available by logging on to Public Purchase at www.publicpurchase.com . Only bids submitted through the Public Purchase site and on State of Wyoming forms will be considered. It is the bidder's responsibility to review, through Public Purchase at www.publicpurchase.com for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations. Telephone calls, emails, or faxes may not be accepted. Bidding questions shall be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time on July 17, 2025. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 3:00 p.m. on July 24, 2025. Questions received after 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time on July 17, 2025, will not be addressed. It is the bidder's responsibility (not required) to add their company to the Plan Holders and Contractors List. Each bidder is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, if bid amount is greater than $150,000.00 , which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. ONLY if you are going to submit an original 10% bid bond or submit a 10% cashier check, it MUST be received in the Procurement Office at: Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Office, 700 West 21st Street, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82002, by 1:00 p.m. July 31, 2025.
