United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), National Veterinary Services Laboratories (NVSL), has an upcoming requirement for a multiple-award firm fixed-price, Blanket Purchase Agreement commercial supply contract to obtain Theileria equi and Babesia caballi test kits.
