A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) supply contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from the SAM.gov website and for frequently monitoring the website for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. No telephone or fax requests will be accepted and no hard-copy solicitation or amendments will be mailed. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov.
