Building 2801 Exterior Painting project provides the labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision for all services necessary to satisfactorily prepare all surfaces, prime as required, and paint the following: exterior siding including gutters and downspouts, personnel doors, dock/cargo doors, canopy, safety ladder, stacks, dock framing, fire signal equipment, bollards, handrails, and roof flashing trim. Concrete base and walls shall be power washed. Windows, frames, and light panels shall be cleaned as specified on the plans, with no coatings applied. As an added alternative, the existing fabric awning at the Northwest corner of the building is to be removed and replaced with new as specified on the plans. Work shall be physically completed by October 31, 2025. There will be no official pre-bid site visit; however, bidders may view the building at their leisure without disrupting tenant operations located at 2801 NW Lower River Road, Vancouver, WA 98660. Engineer's Estimate: $109,250.00 ~ $120,750.00
