The City of Dania Beach is seeking performers for the 2023-2024 special events season. This Call for Performers helps the City program arts and cultural performances for special events such as Dania After Dark, seasonal celebrations and other City of Dania Beach hosted events and festivals. The City of Dania Beach hosts many events throughout the year that draw an audience of visitors and residents alike. Performances at City of Dania Beach hosted events and festivals reach a variety of individuals in a family-friendly environment. Performance requirements vary based on the event or festival. City hosted events and festivals take place at various times throughout the year. The City is seeking amusement and entertainment vendors from various fields, including: Musicians and musical acts Bounce House (various types to include) to accommodate toddlers to age 12 Characters Carnival Rides Games Prizes Face Painting Petting Zoo with Attendant Balloon Maker/Artist Photo Booth Concession Items (i.e. Snow Cone Machine, Popcorn Machine, Cotton Candy Machine) Other specialized event services
