Lewisville Independent School District ("LISD", "District") is a Texas public school located in the Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan area, encompasses approximately 127 square miles, and has approximately 49,000 students and 6,400 staff members. Lewisville ISD is requesting cooperative quotes for Campus Paging and Bell System Replacements and Other Related Products and Services at five LISD campus locations. This request includes predefined paging and bell system packages, installation, other items, and a percent discount on other related products and services. Installation services will be to install the predefined system packages in a turn-key fashion, and includes but is not limited to installation, configuration, testing, and all other costs to implement the predefined system package. Electrical and any work that may be considered a public work is specifically excluded. Vendors may bid on system package Items only, Installation and Other Costs only, or both. The District is requesting specific Campus Paging and Bell System products and services, and is asking the Vendors to adhere to the specifications on their quotes. All quotes must be pursuant to an LISD eligible cooperative contract from a cooperative that LISD is a member of (a list of which is provided as a bid attachment).
