Description: Cancer Genetic Services Closing Date/Time: May 27th, 2024 Buyer: MarissaJohnson [email protected] 573-882-1546 Documents Cancer Genetic Services RFP.pdf MU Health Care is seeking proposals from qualified professional firms interested in providing Cancer Genetic Services MUHC seeks to contract with a supplier capable of providing a Cancer Genetic Services that serves our cancer patients at Ellis Fischel Cancer Center and Goldschmidt Cancer Center with a variety of different cancer related conditions. The goal of the intended program will be to: • Reduce wait time on genetic counseling for patients. • Provide a seamless experience for the patient and provider through offering a wide range of services. • Increase visibility and credibility in the marketplace. This review must include feedback of reviewed encounters to the team member and education following an audit to assure the adherence to the national guidelines. MUHC estimates 1,200 to 1,400 genetic counseling cases/year along with CRMC estimating approximately 36 to 40 genetic counseling cases/year, however there is no guaranteed volume to the awarded supplier as a result of this RFP. MUHC reserves the option to expand the scope during the term of this RFP to other service lines, including but not limited to cardiology, pediatrics and women’s health, if deemed in the best interest of MUHC.
