To establish a pool of qualified professional service providers who may be contracted on an if needed, as-needed basis to support time-limited, project-specific scopes of work that advance the Employment Security Department’s (ESD) career connected learning and Career Connect Washington (CCW) related initiatives. This pool will support tactical and operational needs across multiple career connected learning and CCW-aligned workstreams and funding sources, including both state and federal grants.
