Chancery Kitchen Fire Suppression System Replacement.
The Embassy of the United States of America in Tashkent is soliciting quotations for a qualified contractor to provide Kitchen Fire Suppression System Replacement in the Embassy of the United States of America in Tashkent.
Quotations are due on or before 14:00 Tashkent time on July 10, 2025 and must be hand-delivered to the following address:

The offerors should notify the contact listed in Block 7.A of Standard Form 1449 on page 4 of this solicitation to arrange receipt of the offer.
Submit your proposal in a sealed envelope marked “Quotation 19UZ8025Q0027 Enclosed" to the Contracting Officer on or before 14:00 Tashkent time on July 10, 2025. NO proposal will be accepted after this time.
In order for a proposal to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following:
The contract performance periods are specified in Section I of the solicitation.
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
A pre-proposal conference for this project is scheduled for 15:00 Tashkent time on June 17, 2025 at the Embassy address listed above. All interested offerors are invited to attend and must request access at least 48 hours in advance to [email protected] .
Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission may deem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsible and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement.
