The State of Wisconsin, Department of Administration, Division of Facilities and Transportation Services, is requesting Bids for for the purchase of Chiller Maintenance Service and Repair for sixteen (16) DOA-owned or operated facilities. DFTS intends to use the results of this process to award a Contract(s). This Bid requires mandatory site visit(s) in order to submit a Bid. The dates for those site visits are August 4th, August 5th, August 6th, August 7th and August 8th, 2025. (See Appendix 2 – Mandatory Site Visits Schedule) Bidders may Bid on one or more facilities. Awards will be made on a per facility basis. The awarded Contract(s) for Chiller Maintenance Service and Repair will establish a comprehensive Spring Start-up, Mid-Season Operational Inspection and Winter Shut Down/Annual Preventive Maintenance service program as per manufacturer’s recommended procedures for centrifugal, reciprocating, absorption, scroll and screw type chillers. Awarded Contract(s) will also cover as needed/requested repairs beyond the maintenance service program.
