Oxford, MS (T-NR-E) The City of Oxford, (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: CONTRACT A - ANDERSON WELL NOS. 3 & 4 The Project includes the following Work: Construction of two 1,000 gpm potable water supply wells. Sealed or electronic bids for Contract A - Anderson Well Nos. 3 & 4, will be received by the City of Oxford, in the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 107 Courthouse Square, Oxford, Mississippi 38655, until 11:00 o'clock A.M. local time on Thursday, July 10, 2025, and shortly thereafter publicly opened and read. Bids are requested for a single prime contract. The award, if made, will be made to the lowest qualified bidder for the Base Bid. Obtaining the Bidding Documents Contract Documents are available in paper or digital format. Interested parties are required to register online to view or order bid documents at www.oxfordmsbids.com Bid documents are non-refundable and must be purchased through the website. Bids may be submitted in either sealed paper format electrosically. Electronic bid submittal may only be made through www.oxfordmsbids.com. Bid security in the amount of five (5) percent of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders in the Project Manual. Bidders are hereby notified that any proposal accompanied by letters qualifying in any manner the condition under which the proposal is tendered will be considered an irregular bid, and such proposals will not be considered in making the award. The City of Oxford reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to reject any and all bids if considered not in the best interest of the City of Oxford, Mississippi.
