The Work generally is for the Roof Replacement at 51-3 at Clarksville Housing Authority. The Units will be occupied. Bid Information: The Clarksville Housing Authority of the City of Clarksville, Arkansas, hereafter called the “Public Housing Agency” or PHA, will receive sealed bids for the Roof Replacement for 51-3, until 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 9, 2025, at the office of the PHA located at 605 West Lucas Street, Clarksville, Arkansas 72830, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Pre-Bid Information: A Prebid Conference at the CHA Office will be held for the purpose of answering questions Bidders may have about submitting a bid for this project at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 25, 2025. Immediately following the Prebid Conference, a walk through of the project will be held by the Owner. All Contractors are STRONGLY RECOMMENDED to attend this walk through and Prebid Conference. One (1) complete set of bidding documents, drawings, and specifications in electronic or paper format shall be obtained from Memphis Reprographics, 6178 Macon Road, Memphis, TN 38134, telephone (901) 381-9811 for a fee. Bid documents are not refundable. However, bid documents may be viewed on-line prior to purchasing them. All bids must be submitted on forms furnished by the PHA, as contained in the Project Manual and detailed within.
