BOLI wage rates will be applicable to this project. Wage rates shall be determined as most current wage rates through April 4th, 2023. No bid for a construction contract shall be received or considered by the public contracting agency unless the bidder is licensed by the Construction Contractors Board of the State of Oregon as required by ORS 701.035 and 701.055.
