The Colchester School District is seeking to hire an individual to serve as Clerk of the Works for the upcoming $30 million addition/renovation of the Porters Point Elementary School in Colchester, Vermont. Duties will include: monitoring the schedule, coordinating and reviewing testing procedures, samples and results, coordinating other Owner consultants, and working as a liaison between Contractor, Architect and Owner. Experience in all the above areas is required. The Project is scheduled to begin in September and run for approximately eighteen months.
