THIS PROJECT IS BEING ADVERTISED ON SAM.GOV TO ANNOUNCE THE UPCOMING PROJECT AND ASSIST POTENTIAL SUBCONTRACTORS BY PUBLICIZING OPPORTUNITIES.  A PROPOSAL WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED FROM THE PRIME CONTRACTORS AWARDED A CONTRACT UNDER THE NEW WESTERN PAVEMENT PRESERVATION MATOC.

PROJECT: CO NP MULTI PMS(2), Pavement Preservation Colorado Phase 2

LOCATION:  This project is located approximately 30 Miles E of Montrose, CO, 5 Miles S of Grand Junction, CO, 5 Miles S of Florissant, CO and 5 miles W of Fort Laramie, WY, respectively.

WORK: The work consists of patching, crack sealing and resurfacing of asphalt surfaces throughout 4 National Park sites.  See “Project Description” under attachments for additional details

LENGTH: 74.4 Miles

TENTATIVE COMPLETION DATE:  Summer 2025

CONTRACT TYPE: Negotiated MATOC Task Order

ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE: Between $7 million and $10 million.

This project is anticipated to be solicited Winter 2023/2024.
