The 410th CSB, Regional Contracting Center – Americas (RCC-A) is issuing a combined synopsis-solicitation notice for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide transportation services (non-tactical vehicles with driver) to the Government in the following countries: Ecuador, Peru, Uruguay, Paraguay, and Guyana. The Government intends to award several BPAs from this solicitation.

THE WORK CONSISTS OF: The Contractor shall furnish equipment, personnel and supplies necessary to provide the Vehicles with Driver Services needed for each BPA call under the agreement. The period of performance of the resulting agreement will be 5-years from the date of award. The price list or schedule shall be revised every year. The BPA Master Limit is $1,000,000.00 for the 5 years, where no single BPA call may exceed $200,000.00 in total cost.

In accordance with FAR 13.303-3(a)(2), the Government is obligated only to the extent of authorized purchases made under the BPA calls.This is a request for price lists. The attachments contain the solicitation provision and clauses, performance work statement, price list, and agreement documents to include instructions for submission.

The applicable NAICS code is 485320, automobile / passenger van rental with driver, with a Size Standard of $19 Million.

ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON-RESPONSIVE.
