The work under this Contract shall generally consist of, but not necessarily be limited to, providing all labor, material, devices, tools and equipment required for the complete new construction of an 8,000 SQFT Pre-engineered Metal Building (PEMB) for Range Maintenance located in area 24 and shall be in total accordance with the specifications and drawings and subject to the terms and conditions of all other Contract Documents. ESTIMATED RANGE: General Construction - $1,000,001.00 - $1,500,000.00, HVAC - $400,001.00 - $600,000.00, Plumbing - $100,001.00 - $200,000.00 and Electrical - $400,001.00 - $600,000.00 ESTIMATED RANGE: Liquidated Damages: General Construction - $370.00 per day, HVAC - $160.00 per day, Plumbing - $100.00 per day, and Electrical - $160.00 per day.
