A. Project includes asphalt shingle roof replacement at multiple Mt. Vernon Developmental Center buildings including Washington, Jefferson, Lincoln, Pavilion, and Boiler building. Vinyl siding will be replaced at Washington, Jefferson, and Lincoln buildings. All buildings will receive gutter and downspout replacement, flashings, edge metals, etc. Downspout boots and awnings are also included within the scope of work.
