The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office, is conducting a Market research in compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 10. The provision is to supply Dialyzers for Hemo-dialysis for USMCFP Springfield, located at 1900 West Sunshine Street, Springfield, MO 65807-2240. The government contemplates awarding a Base and Four (4) 12-month Option years, with Firm Fixed prices to supply the following;

LARGE DIALYZERS -DIALYZERS FOR HEMO-DIALYSIS (F250NRe)

  1. Membrane-Cellouse Triacetate or polysulfone/polyethersulfone

Delivery Requirements:

Dialyzers will be shipped in cases of 12 or 24 units meeting the requirements above. Orders for dialyzers will be placed in the form of delivery orders issued by the USMCFP Contracting Office. Delivery orders will be placed on an as needed basis. All deliveries shall be made from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Central Time to the warehouse. Dialyzers shall be delivered Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays. All deliveries shall typically be made no later than five business days after receipt of a delivery order. Delivery will be made to the U.S. Medical Center for Federal Prisoners, 1900 W. Sunshine Street, Springfield, MO.

Ordering history based on case size of 12-24 units. Kidneys per year based on 160 patients =24,960 kidneys; 170 patients = 26,520 kidneys; 180 patients = 28,080 kidneys per year. Current patient census is 160 but this can fluctuate.
