The County of Los Angeles ("County"), Chief Executive Office ("CEO") is seeking qualified companies to enter into Master Agreements with the County to provide Economic Development Services required by the CEO to inform the work of the Countyâs Economic Development Program and its Economic Development Policy Committee. Recognizing that the County has invested significant resources towards economic development, the CEO has determined that Master Agreements for economic development consulting services will help facilitate the successful delivery of its programs. The CEO is seeking a diverse pool of consultants that can assist the County in the design, implementation, and critical review of its economic development strategies. A focus on tangible outcomes, and not processes, shall be the principal factor in determining the Countyâs approach to economic development.
