The Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) intends to award a sole source contract to Center for Strengthening the Teaching Profession (CSTP).The purpose of this contract is to assist OSPI in managing and further developing the Teacher of the Year (ToY) and Classified School Employee of the Year (CSEoY) programs by providing event planning, meeting coordination and facilitation, and leadership training.
