Contractor shall supply all necessary personnel, labor (prevailing wage), tools, supplies, materials, equipment, insurance, incidentals and properly equipped vehicles to provide DSH with monthly inspection and preventative maintenance services for seven (7) hydroelectric elevators, two (2) traction elevators, one (1) traction dumbwaiter, two (2) drum dumbwaiters, and one (1) wheelchair lift. Contractor shall also perform required 5-year load testing in accordance with Exhibit A, 7.I.i-iii.
