Scope of effort: This effort will be a full and open competition. Lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) criteria will be used to make award.

Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this synopsis. Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) will not pay for information received in response to this synopsis. Offers from concerns other than the above are not solicited, however, all responsible sources may submit a quotation with a proposal which will be considered by ACC-RI. This notice is published for subcontracting purposes only.

U.S. Army Garrison – Rock Island Arsenal (USAG-RIA) has a requirement for Elevator Maintenance and Support. Elevator Maintenance and Support Services will cover a full range of maintenance services and support such as operation, preventative maintenance, and unscheduled repairs of passenger and freight elevators. The Period of Performance (PoP) will be 1 July 2024 – 31 December 2029.
