The Embassy of the United States in Barbados requires routine monthly elevator maintenance services and emergency-repairs services. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offers without discussion.

Pursuant to FAR 4.1102(a), offerors are required to be registered in SAM(System for Award Management) database https://www.SAM.gov at the time an offer submission. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of proposal. Offerors not complying with the solicitation instructions and requirements shall be deemed non-responsive to the solicitation instructions and requirements and no further consideration will be given.
