Design, implement, and disseminate findings from a qualitative research study that investigates the efficacy of the community violence prevention program known as Aim4Peace. Utilize case study methodology to conduct interviews with program participants and staff, and referral partners and identify the impact of the program, as well as opportunities for improvement. Provide consultation regarding most appropriate methods (e.g., social stability indices, risk of violence index, etc.) for measuring the program's impact on its participants. Provide testimony at a KCMO City Council business session.
