-- 6/5/2025: Solicitation Issued (Attachments: Please visit SAM) --- The scope of work includes but not limited to repair access aprons located in Facility Nos. 1508, 223, 1074, and 2003. The work includes preliminary survey, removal of existing pavements with both concrete and asphalt-concrete, and of sodding, and pavement and sodding of those removed areas, and also includes temporary relocation and reinstallation of existing containers. The work also includes related work defined as temporary work and relevant work required to accomplish the project. This work does not include unforeseen site conditions .Any contract resulting from a solicitation will be awarded and performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. Contractors must be duly authorized to operate and conduct business in Japan and must fully comply with all laws, decrees, labor standards, and regulations of Japan during the performance of the contract. Contractors must be registered to do business and possess an appropriate license issued by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport or prefectural government in order to perform work under this contract.
