RFQ030747 1.1 Scope: The City of Columbus, Department of Public Service is receiving bids until July 31, 2025, at 1:00 PM local time, for construction services for the Facilities – North Outpost CNG project. Bids are to be submitted only at www.bidexpress.com. Hard copies shall not be accepted. This project involves removal and replacement of two, existing exhaust fans with one, new exhaust fan and related electrical work. Plumbing and electrical work will be required for the new Makeup Air Unit that will serve the vehicle storage area. A new louver and ductwork will be installed in support of the Makeup Air Unit. A new gas detection system will be added. Controls work for systems listed above will be required, and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract, as set forth in this Invitation For Bid (IFB). A pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, July 10th, 2025 at 1:00 P.M., at 500 Scherers Court, Columbus, Ohio 43085. Notice of published addenda will be posted on the City’s Vendor Services web site and all addenda will be posted on www.bidexpress.com. 1.2 Classification: All bid documents (Invitation for Bid, technical specifications, plans, and future addenda) will be available for review and download on Bid Express at www.bidexpress.com after the IFB is published.
